TheMerger team has ben involved in the Central European startup scene for more than 15 years, executing one of the most successful exits (3united) and initiating a startup cluster initiaitive called InitialFactor (www.initialfactor.com) in Austria. Over the last years, we have leveraged this experience to work with selected entrepreneurs in our region to take their companies to the next level.

Each year, we select a small number of startups which we support with capital and operational support. This can range from US beachhead services, corporate development, interim management to technology and product support. Given the size and quality of our team, there are always tasks where we can contribute significant value.
